By accessing and using the website levellanch247.live and making a reservation with Levellanch247 ("Hotel", "we", "us", "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2.1 All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Hotel. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from Levellanch247.
2.2 A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. The card will be pre-authorized for the full amount of your stay at the time of booking.
2.3 Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation. A valid government-issued photo ID will be required at check-in.
2.4 The Hotel reserves the right to refuse reservations or accommodation to any guest at its sole discretion.
3.1 All prices displayed on the website are in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Room rates are per room per night and do not include additional services unless explicitly stated.
3.3 Payment is due in full at check-in unless a pre-payment arrangement has been made.
3.4 We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital payment methods.
4.1 Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund.
4.2 Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to one night's accommodation.
4.3 No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to arrive without prior cancellation will be charged the full amount of their reservation.
4.4 Certain promotional rates and packages may have non-refundable terms. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
5.1 Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM (15:00) local time. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
5.2 Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (12:00 noon) local time. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
5.3 Guests must present valid photo identification at check-in.
6.1 Smoking: Levellanch247 is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee of €300 will be charged for smoking in non-designated areas.
6.2 Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property unless they are certified assistance animals.
6.3 Noise Policy: Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests are expected to respect the comfort of all hotel guests during this period.
6.4 Visitors: Non-registered visitors are not permitted in guest rooms without prior approval from reception.
7.1 Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. The Hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for any damages.
7.2 Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards staff and other guests. The Hotel reserves the right to remove any guest who behaves in a disruptive or inappropriate manner without refund.
7.3 Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. The Hotel is not liable for the loss or theft of personal items.
8.1 Access to hotel amenities including the pool, gym, and sauna is included for registered guests unless otherwise specified.
8.2 Opening hours for facilities are subject to change. The Hotel reserves the right to close facilities for maintenance or operational reasons.
8.3 Use of all facilities is at the guest's own risk. The Hotel is not liable for any injuries sustained while using hotel facilities.
9.1 The Hotel's liability for any claims arising from a guest's stay shall be limited to the amount paid for that stay.
9.2 The Hotel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
9.3 The Hotel is not responsible for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, or technical failures.
10.1 All content on the levellanch247.live website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Levellanch247 and is protected by copyright law.
10.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
